2023 SCR Grant Recipients

The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes in partnership with the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) is pleased to announce recipients of the 2023 NYSCA Statewide Community Regrant (SCR) funded Community ArtsTeaching Artist, and Individual Artist grant programs. The Statewide Community Regrant program is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.

Over 90 artists, organizations, and towns from Cattaraugus, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Tioga counties received 93 grants totaling $242,000 for arts and cultural programs taking place in 2023 and the first half of 2024. This unprecedented amount of funding is the largest in regrant history and represents a continued investment in artists and the greater community to support creative expression that inspires a more diverse and inclusive region.

These grants fulfill a vital mission of The ARTS Council for making arts and culture accessible to all.
