This year’s awardee’s have been announced! A warm congratulations is extended to:

Lois Welk, Lifetime Service Award

The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes will host the 2019 ARTS Awards Ceremony at 171 Cedar Arts Center on Friday, December 6th, 2019 from 7:00 – 9:00pm. Light desserts by Hill Top Inn and a cash bar will be available. A special performance by The GL’s will take place at this year’s ceremony!

The GL’s focus their attention on covering their favorite folk, rock and blues songs from the 60’s and 70’s. The members have played in numerous Corning area bands together through 40 years of friendship. The GL’s are Michael Callahan guitar and lead vocals, Mark McCarty lead guitar, dobro and backing vocals, Robert Sementilli bass and backing vocals, Phil Smock drums and backing vocals.
