Instructor: Ben Calkins
K–3 art is a messy, hands-on exploration of visual arts. The students meet once a week for 45 minutes for six weeks. In the art room they have the opportunity to explore and experiment with a wide variety of visual art materials such as paint, crayon, markers, chalk, & fiber. Students will also gain skills in cutting, gluing and manipulating materials. They will also be introduced to artwork by other famous artists with the opportunity to express themselves in their process of making art. The best part is that the mess stays in our house, not yours!
