Join The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes on Thursday, August 17 for a special poetry and prose tour of two historic sites in Elmira, NY. The tour will begin and conclude at the Chemung County Historical Society. Stops will include Quarry Farm and Elmira College for a tour of the octagonal study Mark Twain wrote from. This tour will be facilitated by poet Michael Czarnecki and prose writer, Lafayette Wattles.
