A FOLK OPERA on The Subject of ALL THINGS HECTOR!
In the tradition of American folklore, join us on a journey through the past and future of Hector, NY, a place where fact and fiction blur. This place of breathtaking landscapes and lake-scapes is REFLECTED IN MUSIC, SONGS, and POETRY. Hear the STORIES of Hector, a place where beloved characters—rugged farmers; dedicated artists, musicians, and wine-makers; culinary innovators; hard-working women and men; brave firemen; community-minded church members; way too cute for their own good children; lake-loving bums; barflies; and sailors—manage to co-exist. Hector Musical Artists, under the direction of Scott B. Adams presents this CONCERT, which due to the integration of spoken word with music, is referred to as a “FOLK OPERA”.
You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll sleep if you didn’t the night before. Mostly, we think you’ll enjoy a great evening.
Cabaret seating. Wine and Light Fare Available. LIMITED SPACE.
