Saturday Morning Slow Flow (Online)

Description + Objectives:

Saturday Morning Slow Flow will help students unwind from the week’s stressors, and tune-in to how they feel in body and mind. We’ll pay close attention to our breath, gently stretching and strengthening our muscles with the rhythm of our breath as our guide. Each class opens and closes with a breath-focused meditation, before flowing through gentle stretches, strengthening standing poses, a deeper stretch sequence, and final resting pose. Through greater body and breath awareness, students can cultivate a sense of calm and ease that lasts throughout the week.

Ages: 16+
Saturdays 9:00 – 10:00 AM
