After a two year hiatus, State of the City returns with a diverse group of artists who explore the artists, public art, and architecture that make up Rochester, NY. Through painting, photography, and socially-oriented drawing, the three artists included in the exhibition engage with the people, art and the landscape that forms a backdrop for our creative community. As a pandemic, technology, and media increasingly separate us, the projects featured in this exhibition invite us to actually come together and share what makes our city and our community so special.
