Instructor: Mary Gill Scott

This introductory class helps participants de-stress, focus, and energize before they face the day! With basic breathing, meditation, and Tai Chi-Kung exercises, experienced instructor Mary Gill Scott teaches a routine that students can use any day and any time in order to find calm and tranquility. Come in a comfortable, loose-fitting shirt and pants, and work in sneakers or bare feet. These martial-art based exercises are gentle, very-low or no-impact (no contact).

This class will be held online until we are able to safely hold the classes in our building while following distancing and other safety protocols. We will consult with students to see where their comfort level is with returning to in-person classes when the restrictions are lifted.

All online classes will require that you have a computer, smart phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. We will be holding these classes using Zoom online meetings. Please, download the app and be prepared to log in before your class. Prior to your class, we will send you the link for your class via email. When it is time for your class to begin, you will click the link and be admitted to the class meeting.
