Beppe Gambetta
Concert at 144 Cedar Street, Corning
In the red-brick UM Church–door on First St.

Beppe Gambetta plays amazing guitar from bluegrass picking to traditional Italian to original tunes with a charming and humorous stage presence. He is a musician and ambassador of art, an acoustic guitarist, songwriter, producer and educator. His art is fueled by the curiosity that springs from encounters, travel, and research, bringing back forgotten artists, popularizing and reinventing folk guitar techniques, producing unforgettable shows including original music for which he is loved and respected on the international scene.

Beppe also has a new book, “Declarations of Love” about love – of life, music and food woven into his travels. He will give a book talk on Thursday at 5 – 6:30 pm at the Library in Corning. Can being together in the beauty of music, good humor, and great food be the key to a better world? Beppe Gambetta tries to answer this question by reliving the encounters and that have marked his career as an independent artist. It serves as a guide for togetherness, told with lightness and sincerity.
