    Artists can feel overwhelmed with not getting gigs or having lost income, and not knowing what to do about it. Celena supports them via her signature system that takes you from anxiety and depression to motivation, self-confidence, new authentic self, energy, and effectiveness with an artistic spin on it.

    Learn how to go from:
    1. Uncertainty to clarity and empowerment.
    2. From stress to being calmer about your classes, gigs, contracts, and future decisions.
    3. No longer concerned about living up to what seems like a mountain of pressure from society, family, and relationships.

    Celena’s Signature System has been utilized by students, artists, other entrepreneurs, and professionals from various walks of life.

    This 3-session program will occur once a week for 3 weeks on September 22nd, September 29th, and October 6th from 10am to 1pm via Zoom.

    Cost is $30 for members and $50 for nonmembers.

    Celena Has almost 30 years in the beauty industry as a salon entrepreneur and 20+ years of self-development and intuitiveness. She also possesses a degree in culinary arts, is an author, and has a yoga certification. Celena’s jam has always been health and wellness, devoting her life to helping others achieve healthy, successful, and satisfying lives.

    She has created her own signature system, which allows for renewed energy, motivation, and renewed internal drive to take on all of life endeavors, specifically anxiety, stress, and depression. Her system has a track record of success for anyone willing to follow the program.

    Like everyone Celena has battled with fear, depression, bad relationships, anxiety, death, and many other obstacles that life throws in our direction. Also including trying to live up to society’s perceptions of beauty, relationships, family status, and what connotes a successful career and lifestyle.

    Artists’ Guide to Creative Residencies
    with Wynn Yarrow

    Creative residencies are an opportunity to concentrate on your art practice with a minimum of distraction, often in a beautiful setting with other creatives. This program will present an introduction to creative residencies with images of the presenter’s residency experiences.

    Discover:

    • reasons to attend a creative residency
    • list of benchmarks to know you are ready
    • resources to find the right residency for you
    • tips to craft a successful proposal.

    Cost is $10 for members and $25 for nonmembers.


    About Wynn Yarrow:

    Wynn Yarrow has attended seven creative residencies, including Weir Farm National Historic Site in Wilton, CT, and KIRA, the international residency associated with Kingsbrae Gardens in St Andrews by-the-Sea, New Brunswick, Canada. After a residency at Bloedel Reserve, Bainbridge Island, Washington, she served as a juror for incoming applicants. Yarrow is a visual artist represented by West End Gallery, Corning, and an ongoing teaching artist with The Rockwell Museum, a Smithsonian affiliate.

    Access to Affordable Financial Services

    Join The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes via Zoom on March 23, 6-7:30pm for Business of Art, featuring Joe Cummins from Alternatives Federal Credit Union, to learn the ins and outs of a CDFI credit union, a network of mission-driven institutions that serve and empower economically distressed communities.
    A CDFI credit union offers access to affordable financial services to help start or expand your business, build credit, get approved for a car loan, mortgage, and so many other financial services that would otherwise be unavailable through a traditional bank or credit union.

    Pre-registration is required. This event is free and open to the public.
