Project Summary: The project consists of a painted mural in a park in Elmira. A free journaling supply mini library and space for author readings will be part of the installation. The mural design is comprised of abstracted shapes and the text Read Write.

Work Statement Excerpt: “Many of my other mural projects include an interactive component. The addition of these interactive components excites me to think about each project as more than the sum of its parts. Making the murals interactive allows for the public to find a place to play and respond to the art pieces.”
